Detailed Online Admission Process @DSHM

• Fill out the Basic Registration form as given on the Left Side of this page. On completion, you will receive the Username and Password on your registered mobile number via SMS.
• Use the allocated Username / Registration ID and Password to fill up an online application form.
• Fill in the Personal Details, Academic Details, Other Details etc. carefully. Once filled details cannot be modified after submission.
• Preview and take a printout of your Application Form.

Common Eligibility Criteria @DSHM

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks for UG programs
• 10th pass for diploma and certificate programs
• Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination (or equivalent examination) can also apply.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Assessment Test and Personal Interviews. (Depending on the course)
